Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act - 2016-2020 Mod. 1

The Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board (SWWDB) has published Modification #1 to the 2016-2020 Local Workforce Development Plan for Southwest Wisconsin as required by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). SWWDB is a regional organization that receives Federal and State funding to coordinate the delivery of employment and training activities in the Southwest area of Wisconsin.

The SWWDB is responsible for activities in Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland and Rock Counties. The 2016-2020 Local Plan outlines the programs and services to be provided during this period for adults, dislocated workers and youth through the Southwest Wisconsin Job Centers.
