Q: Is there a specific geographic location in which filming will take place?
A: Filming will take place in Rock County.
Q: Will you need captioning (English subtitles) of the videos for accessibility purposes?
A: This would be a great add-in option. We recommend including the associated cost as an “extra”.
Q: Will you need captions in another language? For example, Latin American Spanish?
A: This would be a great add-in option. We recommend including the associated cost as an “extra”.
Q: Is there a "target" length of the edited videos? For example 2-3 minutes each? Longer, etc.?
A: We do not have a specific target length, only these estimates:
- About Us: Estimated 1-3 minutes
- Client Success stories: 3-5 minutes each
- Orientation: 15-20 minutes
Q: What is the distribution plan for the videos after they are produced? Do you need assistance with this?
A: Would be shared on social media and our website; the orientation video would be provided as online option to new customers.
Q: Is there a specific figure (when it comes to grant funds) that needs to be exhausted for this project?
A: Not that we are sharing. We provided a list of projects knowing that we most likely will not be able to fund them all. Projects will be funded with federal funding, requiring us to procure via a competitive process.
